Having previously worked in HR and interacted with various recruiters, Pardis appreciated the efficiency and speed of Supreme Talent’s process. After a brief stint elsewhere, Pardis realized that her heart was set on returning to Brand’s Payroll. Sol recognized her potential fit with the company and facilitated her re-entry.

Now, as a New Implementation Manager at Brand’s, Pardis feels a sense of belonging and accomplishment in her role. She values the open communication, empowerment to make decisions, and the supportive company culture where everyone works together to achieve common goals.
